I wanted the vacation to last foreveeerr!!

OK, so it's been a while since I've last blogged and my bestie was just saying a couple of days ago that my blog needs some love, so here I am back to give it some love.**

Well, school's started again and I'm back to my busy life again, getting crammed up with homework and assignments and tests like sh*t... Anyway, at least now I'm back with a slightly more cheerful mood thanks to the grand vacation I've just had, totally awesome being literally immersed in my PS3. Oh hell, I miss it so badly now I could cry. That's not all, it was like I've just finally had a brief moment at my real home! So what if the one in Dhaka is our own purchased apartment and the one in Riyadh's just rented? I'd do anything to go back to my life in Saudi Arabia! It was PEACE! It's where I was born! It is my homeland! Or so I believe... Who'd want to live in this f***ed up hellhole? Yeah, there are many, way too many who'd love to. Why? It's where they consider as their home.
Just like a friend of mine said, no matter where we go, KSA will always remain as the real home to us.
Unlike what a teacher said, we'll never enjoy our life in Bangladesh, at least for me. I swear if this country was a human, I'd kick its ass so hard and...damn, I hope it isn't M!

All right, enough of that. *Stretches* I love cats. OK, that wasn't worth mentioning really, it's far too obvious. Right... Uhh... List of stuff I'm looking forward to this year:
  • Next vacation
  • Buying Infamous
  • Hellsing OVA VIII
  • Lacuna Coil's new album
  • Evanescence's new album
  • Anything new Dir en grey's coming up with
  • Atoning for my sins
  • Getting better grades, اٍنشاء الله
  • Can't think of anything more...
  • Guess that's it.
  • - End of list -
As I was saying that I've had the entire vacation drowned into gaming, well, I should say it was basically Assassin's Creed. Last year, it was somewhere around September that I asked my dad to get me Assassin's Creed and he got me Assassin's Creed II, instead, and I just simply loved the game! Obviously, I had no idea what was going on the beginning, but slowly, everything started to make sense. Last vacation, I completed it. Yes, that's long, but that's just because I was really too busy to play, along with parental restrictions (as usual). Just had the Venice parts left. Well, moving on, Brotherhood came by and I wasn't yet done with ACII. I swear, I couldn't resist buying the ultra-expensive game (just last vacation XP). It wasn't long, probably a day or two, before I completed ACII and (tried out Prince of Persia for a day) went off at full speed with ACB. No, it isn't just the gameplay that's amazing, it's EVERYTHING! The storyline, plot, characters, history, missions...everything! I ended completing the main plot in less than a week and then carried out other missions afterwards. After playing those two games, I realised that I needed to know how it all begun, whatever it may be and so, I wanted to buy Assassin's Creed, but wasn't let to because by then, my vacation was almost over. In a few days, I flew back to the shitty hellhole WITHOUT MY PS3 and downloaded the game for my computer and the game was...short. Made me go WTH after playing the latter two sequels. But it's still fine, since now I am finally up-to-date with the major Assassin's Creed games. I dunno, maybe I'm kinda obsessed, dunno. Hehe.. (Seriously, I wrote "dunno" twice!)

Guess I'll save Ezio and Altaïr's character analyses for another time.

I still haven't played the Da Vinci Disappearance missions! NEXT VACATION! !اٍنشاء الله

Wonder who wouldn't puke after reading this craptastic blog entry, like seriously...

**Note: not to be confused with making love.

Eto dorate pare, era!

All right, guess what started from today? The Cricket World Cup 2011, which is hosted partly by my country. Yeah, I'm supposed to be excited and all because of that, but I'm not. Why? Reasons:
  • I'll tell you, cricket's one of the most boring games to watch. Have you ever tried watching it? You'll fall asleep. Hell, I even fell asleep watch the last FIFA World Cup 2010 final match and imagine cricket!
  • My country just played in the opening match, so I'm supposed to be excited, guess who we played against? India! And, guess what? We lost! Yaayyyy! Seriously, isn't that obvious when we're playing against a team that's strong enough to be looking forward to winning the cup this year? Isn't it obvious when our team took the suicidal attempt of handing over the bat to India when we'd won the toss? What was the captain thinking? Thanks to that, India scored 380 runs and we got skewered. 380 runs on a one-day? That's INSANE!! Yes, I'm angry. Well, you could probably be a little optimistic (like me and look at the brighter side) and say that even though they had to aim at 381 and play, they still managed 283, which an achievement for us since we really aren't too good at this game, but damn, India going for batting first was the WORST DECISION EVER, undoubtedly.
  • Back on track, I talked too much on my previous point, but that's just 'cause I was supporting my country. Cricket is still the most boring sport to sit and watch. It's like, one team throws the ball and a guy from the other team with a bat waits for it to approach and and then hits it as hard as possible and if it goes far enough, he dashes to the position the bowler guy was standing. If he makes it before the guys from the bowler's team catches the ball, it's a run, if he doesn't, he's out. Yup, that's pretty much how it goes. Add a bajillion waits in the middle for the guy to bowl after every ball (a total of 250 for each team). Heck, I could never get into the game! It's too boring and too long! Right, verry exciting, I'd say. >.> You'll start yawning after the first 10 balls. Which damn idiot of a Brit started this game, anyway? Meh, that guy's probably writhing in his grave by now, so whatever.
No, I'm not here to make myself clear about cricket 'cause it's my blog and I'll write whatever the hell's swimming through my head. If you really wanna know more about the game, Wikipedia is your friend.

What else... Oh yeah, I have an exam on Tuesday and I'm slowly getting prepared and I hope I get done by Monday night, إنشاء الله.

♪ 激しさと、この胸の中で絡み付いた灼熱の闇 - ディルアングレイ Somehow, I just can't get over this ever since I DLed it a few days back.

OK, that was all for blogging for now, I guess.

Intro

Hey! It's my first time blogging on a real blogger site and this is an introductory post for that. Let's see what I come up with on my blog space. ^_^

First off, introducing myself, I'm Sameeha Akram aka Shinigami Asuka all over the internet, which is just a random alias I've picked up, currently living in Bangladesh against my will and studying my dream subject, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and still a freshman. I'm a Bangladeshi, but lived all my life in Saudi Arabia, so yeah, I don't like the place I'm currently bound to live in. If God wills, إنشاء الله, I'll get out of this place once I'm done with this degree.

Anyway, I'll probably be posting just random stuff from my life and what I've found across the web.

I love Converse. Was that worth mentioning? I dunno.

A classmate just called. I hardly get to call anyone 'cause I'm too absorbed into me, myself and I and my interests. For example, I browse videos on YouTube quite a lot, watch animes, read manga, play video games, watch my favourite music videos, listen to music, study, chat, blah, blah, blah... Yup, so I apparently don't have the time to talk on the phone.

I'm 18 at the moment.

I'm having exams, but still felt like starting a blog. Yup, I'm one helluva procrastinator.

I love Jrock/Jmetal and wanna try dressing up VK-ish one of these days.

I soo can't wait for Hellsing OVA VIII! >w<!

Is mad at Girugamesh for changing from kickass metal to shitty pop.

Yup, guess that pretty much sums up who I am right now. Am I good or bad? God knows. People around me could give their opinions, too, mind coming forward?

Tschüs!

N.B. This is a blog of randomness. If you have zoophobia, haemophobia, can't take sarcasm, homophilic, or under the age of 1, reader discretion is advised.
